What a wonderful sunny morning welcoming Gordonians John McNeil 6957 (1963), Colin Rush 5370 (1945), Colin Powell 7223 (1968) and their families back to School on Saturday 23rd September. They got to see inside their old houses and dormitories as well as the Chapel, Library, The Rec, Dining Hall and classrooms. They had great memories of those mentioned on the Honours Boards in The Rec, recognising previous Colour Sergeants. The boarding houses were certainly different, having all been refurbished over the last two years. None had been back to School recently and Colin Rush not since 1946! Memories shared and friendships formed during the morning! Looking forward to seeing you all at Annual on 6th July 2024! |
